Norval A. Rios, M.D

Born in Maryland, Dr. Rios earned his medical degree from the Montemorelos University Medical School in Mexico and Loma Linda University in California. In practice for more than fifteen (15) years, he specialized in Internal Medicine and became board certified in Ambulatory Care.

Dr. Rios is fluent in both English and Spanish, and is supported by staff members with some background in French, Russian and Dutch.

Donal M. Billig, M.D.

Born is Ecuador, Dr. Tamariz earned his medical degree from the University of Guayaquil in Ecuador, and completed his surgical internship and residency programs in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. In private practice in Virginia since 1964, Dr. Tamariz is board eligible in Family Practice.
